berrie good timer is a focus timer that keeps a log of what you worked on. This policy explains what the app stores, why, and who else can see it. The short version: your log is yours, it is stored under your account, and it is never sold or used for advertising.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address, and a password stored only as a secure hash. If you sign in with Google instead, we receive your name and email address from Google — never your Google password.
• Your content. The work sessions you record (what you worked on, how long, the project and activity you tag them with), your to-dos, and your notes.
• Your settings. Preferences such as your time zone, which day your week starts on, colour palette, pomodoro mode, and which summary emails you have turned on.

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, health data, or advertising identifiers. The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. Your microphone and camera are never accessed.

How your data is used

Your data is used only to run the app for you: to show your timer, work log, statistics, notes and to-dos across your devices, and — if you opt in — to email you a summary of your own sessions. We do not sell your data, share it with data brokers, or use it to build advertising profiles.

Who processes your data

• Supabase — hosts the database and handles sign-in. Your account and content are stored here, protected by row-level security so that each account can only read and write its own rows.
• Resend — delivers the summary emails, if you have opted in. It receives your email address and the contents of that summary.
• Vercel — hosts the web version of the app.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.

Keeping it

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Summary emails are sent only while the matching preference is switched on; you can turn them off at any time in Settings.

Deleting it

You can delete your account from inside the app, under Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account together with your sessions, notes, to-dos and preferences. It cannot be undone.

Children

berrie good timer is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
