berrie good timer is operated by 스튜디오 주니 (Studio Junie), a business registered in the Republic of Korea. This policy explains when and how you can get your money back.
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial, so you can see whether the app suits you before any payment is taken. No card is required to start the trial.
If you subscribe and change your mind, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.
This applies to your first subscription payment and to any renewal payment. Refunds are returned to the payment method you used.
Email berriegoodstudio@gmail.com from the address on your account, or reply to the receipt you were sent. Tell us which charge you would like refunded.
We aim to reply within two business days. Once a refund is approved it is processed straight away; how long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, and is usually 5–10 business days.
If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple handles the payment and the refund — we are not able to refund an App Store charge ourselves. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or through Settings on your device. If Apple turns down a request you believe is fair, email us and we will do what we can to help.
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not by itself refund a payment already taken. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you want a payment refunded as well, ask us within the 14 days above.
When a payment is refunded, the subscription ends and the account returns to read-only. Nothing you have recorded is deleted — you can still read, edit, delete and export all of it.
This policy sits alongside the rights you have under consumer law where you live, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase. It does not replace or reduce them.
