berrie good timer (“the app”) is operated by 스튜디오 주니 (Studio Junie), a business registered in the Republic of Korea, business registration number 374-65-00671 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
berrie good timer is a focus timer that keeps a log of what you worked on, along with projects, statistics, to-dos and notes. It is provided as an online service, on the web and on iPhone.
You need an account to use the app. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person. You must be 13 or older.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial. The trial is limited: up to 2 projects, 2 activity types, 30 recorded sessions and 10 to-dos, and it does not include notes or monthly statistics.
When the trial ends without a subscription, your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. You keep full access to everything already recorded — you can read it, edit it, delete it and export it — but you cannot start new timers or add new entries until you subscribe.
A subscription costs US$6 per month and unlocks the app in full. It renews automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are shown in your local currency where available, and may include sales tax or VAT depending on where you are.
One subscription covers your account everywhere you sign in, regardless of where you bought it.
You can cancel at any time. A web subscription is cancelled through the billing portal linked from the app; an App Store subscription is cancelled in your Apple account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account becomes read-only.

If the subscription price changes, we will tell you by email before it affects you, and you will have the chance to cancel before the new price is charged.
What you record in the app — your sessions, projects, to-dos and notes — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not sell it. We store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account, and everything under it, from inside the app at any time.
Please don’t use the app to break the law, to store unlawful content, to resell or redistribute the service, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend or close an account that does.
We aim to keep the app running and your data safe, but it is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever discontinue the service altogether, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Significant changes will be announced by email or in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Nothing here removes consumer protections you are entitled to where you live.
